Public Awareness and Education

City of Ottawa Public Health leads the public awareness and educational component. One of the main goals of the network is to raise awareness and engage the community to respond to seniors’ needs.

We provide Information sessions and training to:

  • Schools
  • Businesses
  • Professionals
  • Buildings housing a large percentage of seniors
  • Community groups/agencies

  • City-wide distribution of brochures and posters
